Sessions from 60 to 120 minutes, tailored to your individual needs.
Abhyanga - 60 Min
Abhyanga - 60 Min
$120.00Abhyanga is the foundation of Ayurvedic bodywork: warm oil applied over the whole body with long, flowing strokes that follow the direction of the limbs. The rhythm matters as much as the pressure, and the effect is deeply settling rather than invigorating. At sixty minutes this is the standard session and the right introduction if you have not had Ayurvedic massage before. You leave warm, oiled and noticeably slower-moving than you arrived.
Bliss Combo - 90 Min
Bliss Combo - 90 Min
$200.00A combined Ayurvedic session that brings more than one treatment together in a single ninety-minute appointment, rather than booking them separately across two visits. The pacing is unhurried and the transitions between elements are part of what makes it work. It suits clients who already know they like Ayurvedic bodywork and want a fuller experience of it, and it is the most popular of the longer bookings here.
Kati Basti - 60 Min
Kati Basti - 60 Min
$130.00Kati Basti concentrates entirely on the lower back. A ring of dough is built on the skin to hold a reservoir of warm oil in place over the area, which is then kept warm for the length of the treatment. Because the heat and oil stay in one place rather than moving over the body, this is the most targeted Ayurvedic treatment offered here. Book it when your concern is specific rather than general.
Royal Abhyanga - 90 Min
Royal Abhyanga - 90 Min
$180.00The extended version of our Abhyanga, with an extra thirty minutes that go into working each area more thoroughly rather than adding anything new to the treatment. Clients who have had the sixty-minute session and wished it were longer tend to move here and stay. The additional time makes the most difference across the back, shoulders and legs, where a shorter session has to move on sooner than you would like.
Royal Bliss Combo - 120 Min
Royal Bliss Combo - 120 Min
$260.00Two hours, and the longest treatment on the menu. This is the fullest combined Ayurvedic session offered, with enough time that nothing has to be shortened to fit — each element gets the length it is meant to have. Clients book it for an occasion, or when they want a genuine reset rather than an hour of maintenance. Worth planning the rest of your day around, because you will not want to rush off afterwards.
Shirodhara
Shirodhara
$140.00Shirodhara is unlike anything else on this menu: a steady, continuous stream of warm oil poured across the forehead for the length of the session. There is very little massage involved — the treatment works through that uninterrupted rhythm, and clients frequently lose track of time entirely. It suits anyone whose mind will not switch off, and it is the treatment people return for specifically once they have had it.

Common Questions About Ayurvedic Massage
Answers to help you prepare, choose treatments, and understand what to expect.
During an Ayurvedic massage you will receive a brief consultation, warming oil application and steady, rhythmic strokes tailored to your needs. Sessions focus on circulation, relaxation, and specific areas. Expect soothing warmth, longer flowing strokes, and time to rest after treatment.
Start with a 60-minute Abhyanga or Kati Basti. Shorter sessions introduce warm oil and rhythmic techniques, making them ideal for first-timers. Therapists will tailor pressure and focus, ensuring comfort while demonstrating benefits before progressing to longer combination treatments.
Sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes. Abhyanga and Kati Basti commonly run sixty minutes, Bliss and Royal Abhyanga are ninety minutes, and Royal Bliss Combo may be two hours for comprehensive full-body and focused treatments.
Yes—when adapted by an experienced practitioner. Therapists assess medical history and modify oils, pressure, and duration to address chronic pain, stiffness, or injury. Some techniques like Kati Basti focus on localized relief; always inform us of conditions or medications before booking.
Arrive hydrated and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals immediately beforehand. We will ask about health history and preferences during intake. Remove jewelry and leave valuables at home. Plan gentle activity afterward and allow time to relax and rehydrate following the massage.
Shirodhara can be booked alone or paired with Abhyanga and other combos, often within 90-120 minute Royal packages. It involves a warm oil stream to the forehead and is ideal for stress, insomnia, and calming the nervous system.
