Our Salt Therapy Sessions and Options

Choose single sessions or family rooms with child-inclusive pricing per adult.
Salt Spa (50 Minute Session)
$30.00A single session in the salt room, breathing air in which fine dry salt has been dispersed. There is nothing to do but sit and let the time pass — no treatment is applied and you stay fully clothed throughout. This is the quiet option, best suited to someone coming on their own who wants the room calm. Book a family room instead if you are bringing children.
Salt Spa Family Room - 1 Adult & Kids
$30.00The family salt room booked for one adult, with children included in the price. Same room and same session as the single booking, but with the space given over to you so nobody has to keep quiet for other guests. It suits a parent bringing one or more children along, and it is the most affordable way into the family room. Children do not need to be counted individually.
Salt Spa Family Room - 2 Adults & Kids
$60.00Priced for two adults with children included, this is the family salt room's most commonly booked size. Two adults and any accompanying children share the room for the session, with no per-child charge on top. It works well for two parents, or a parent bringing a friend or grandparent along with the children. The room is yours for the booking.
Salt Spa Family Room - 3 Adults & Kids
$90.00The largest family booking, priced for three adults with children included. Choose this when you are coming as an extended family or a group of friends with children between you, and want everyone in the salt room together rather than split across two sessions. As with the smaller family bookings, children are not charged individually on top of the adult price.

Common Salt Therapy Questions Answered
Answers to common concerns about sessions, family options, and what to expect.
During a session you sit or recline in a calm, softly lit room while dry salt particles are dispersed into the air. For about 50 minutes you breathe the saline aerosol, relax, and enjoy quiet restoration—no exertion required and suitable for most adults and children.
Yes—our family rooms welcome children, and child-inclusive pricing applies. Infants or medically fragile children should have a pediatrician's clearance first. Sessions are non-invasive and gentle, but we recommend supervising children and following staff guidance to ensure safe, comfortable experiences.
Wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy lotions or perfumes. Remove contact lenses if you’re sensitive to airborne particles. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. No special fasting or equipment is required—just bring a calm mindset and any needed items for children.
Some clients feel immediate relaxation and easier breathing after one session, while respiratory or skin improvements often require multiple visits. We typically recommend a series—three to six sessions—scheduled weekly or biweekly to assess benefit and establish a maintenance routine.
Many clients with mild to moderate respiratory conditions find halotherapy beneficial, but it isn’t a medical cure. If you have severe asthma, recent hospitalization, or complex lung disease, consult your physician first. Our staff can review your needs and recommend session frequency or alternatives.
Both options suit different preferences: choose single sessions for a quieter, focused experience. Book family rooms when bringing children—pricing is per adult with kids included. Family rooms provide space and supervision flexibility while maintaining the same halotherapy benefits for everyone.
